Baileys is teaming up with celebrated pastry chef Dominique Ansel to create the ultimate late-night dessert delivery in New York City: Baileys Bakeout Noodles.
Inspired by a bowl of ramen noodles – one of our favorite late-night bites - this deliciously sweet take on the classic takeout dish was baked up by the Cronut® creator himself. Made with Kataifi “noodles” over a Baileys Irish Cream-soaked bread and butter pudding, topped with a passionfruit “egg”, a coconut marshmallow “fishcake”, and a waffle “nori”, it’s even accompanied by a side of “hot sauce” which is really made of cherry jam.
Just like Baileys, this custom-made dessert is best enjoyed in the comfort of your own home, so Baileys will be offering 200 lucky Manhattan the chance to receive a late-night dessert delivery of their own – for free!
Registration for Baileys Bakeout deliveries launches on Thursday, December 1st at 12pm ET and runs through Wednesday morning, December 7th at midnight ET.
The first 200 fans who register, are above the legal drinking age and live in our delivery zone – between Canal Street to 96th Street from the East to the West Side – will receive their very own Bakeout Noodles delivered to their doorstep between Thursday, December 8th through Sunday, December 11th.

Be available on said delivery dates.

- Can I choose my delivery date?
No, we will allocate you with one of these times - Thursday 6-11pm, Friday 4-9pm, Saturday 4-9pm or Sunday 5-10pm.
-What's in the dessert?
Note that the dessert is NOT made in a nut free, gluten free or dairy free facility. Made with Kataifi “noodles” over a Baileys Irish Cream-soaked bread and butter pudding, topped with a passion fruit “egg,” a coconut marshmallow “fishcake” and a waffle “nori,” it’s even accompanied by a side of “hot sauce” which is really made of cherry jam. Other Ingredients: Brioche, egg, sugar, Bailey’s Irish Cream, milk, cinnamon, kataifi, maple syrup, caramel, salt, marshmallows.
-I live outside the delivery range, can I still get the dessert?
Yes! As long you are a legal resident of NYC and can make arrangements to pick up the dessert at a location within our delivery zone (a friends house or work!) Then you are free to enter! We are delivering solely in Manhattan between Canal Street and 96th Street from the East Side to the West Side. Please do not go to Dominique Ansel Kitchen to pick it up.
-Which zones are outside the delivery range?
Unfortunately, we do not deliver to Brooklyn, Bronx, Queens and Staten Island. We are delivering solely in Manhattan.
-Will you be selling the dessert at the Dominique Ansel Bakery?
Not at this time, but we’ll be sharing the recipe in the future so you can try to make it at home!
-Can I register more than once?
There’s only one order per household.
-Can someone else accept my delivery?
Yes! Any adult over 21 in your household can accept the delivery.
-Should I eat it Hot or Cold?
We recommend that you eat the dessert while it’s still warm, shortly after delivery.
